Use of the service
Qmarque lets you create, manage and export QR codes. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to link to content that is illegal or infringes the rights of third parties.
Your codes
The codes you create are yours and never expire. If you cancel or downgrade, the codes you have already generated keep redirecting; you may lose access to premium features.
Payments and cancellation
You can change plans or cancel whenever you want. We notify you before any renewal. There is no lock-in.
Liability and governing law
Qmarque maintains the service with reasonable diligence, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Qmarque's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of the provider's registered address, without prejudice to any rights consumer law grants the customer.
